On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Product Manager) for a 6-month role. This position is onsite 5 days a week at our client’s Toronto office.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Product Manager) - Job Description:
The new Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Product Manager) role involves managing a critical project focused on product management and lifecycle management within the Government Services Integration Cluster. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile government projects and engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Product Manager) - Responsibilities:
• Provide project management on large scale, complex, high profile, and high-risk projects for OPS I&IT initiatives.
• Ensure project deliverables meet clients’ business requirements on time, scope, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for product delivery.
• Formulate business and technical requirements, solve business problems, and define product visions and goals.
• Manage multi-year, multi-million budget projects, including stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and scope control.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Product Manager) - Mandatory Skills:
• Proven experience in product planning and lifecycle management.
• Skilled in defining and executing product vision and strategy.
• Ability to gather and prioritize customer and business requirements.
• Proficient in creating and managing detailed product roadmaps.
• Experience with OPS project assessments (e.g., TRA, PIA) and financial analysis for multi-year projects.
• Skilled in managing project life cycles using tools like Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Kanban, and Azure DevOps.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Product Manager) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Prior OPS/Public sector experience.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Product Manager) – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior (Product Manager) - Start Date:
ASAP.
