Project Manager:
On behalf of our Automotive client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Markham office.
Project Manager - Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving projects to completion by partnering closely with business leads. Your primary responsibility is to ensure projects meet their goals and are delivered within the established timeline and budget. You will engage key stakeholders in defining, planning, tracking, and managing all aspects of the project.
Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Manage the planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and satisfaction of project requirements.
• Provide oversight on all project phases from discovery through delivery, implementation, and post-implementation review.
• Ensure easy and transparent communication of status, risks, and financials with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with both internal and external delivery partners to manage key dependencies and mitigate risks.
• Develop, maintain, and report project budget and operating plans.
• Implement and manage changes and interventions to achieve project goals.
• Ensure all aspects of the transition from project to operational support are executed.
Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• University Degree in Computer Science/Business Administration or related discipline.
• 7+ years of Project experience / Project Management (full life cycle).
• Proven experience delivering digital, compliance, and process improvement projects.
• Expert in using MS Suite including Microsoft Project.
• Experience in delivering projects using iterative Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• PMP, PMI Certification.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining due Project Governance.
• Strong skills in vendor management and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience managing remote teams/projects.
• Results-oriented mindset.
Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a permanent position.

Project Manager - Assignment Location:
Markham, Ontario, Canada. This position is hybrid with 3 days in the office.
