Project Manager:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Project Manager - Job Description:
This role is part of a core central Program Management Team responsible for ensuring the timely execution of deliverables across all workstreams. The Project Manager will leverage their expertise in Markets products and business lines to provide functional and sustainable solutions, focusing on Capital Markets initiatives to address regulatory, audit, risk, and control issues.

Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Drive PMO discipline and systemic milestone management across the program
• Ensure project governance routines, milestone tracking, dependency management, and escalation pathways are maintained
• Influence and build collaborative relationships across Global Markets stakeholders
• Assist in the socialization and approval of target state tools, processes, and controls
• Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives
• Identify challenges and proactively resolve or escalate risks and issues
• Engage senior stakeholders continuously by escalating and resolving issues
• Produce accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts
• Build strong relationships to support the execution of programs

Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Recent FRTB experience (within 2 years)
• Experience with Capital Markets Transformation
• Strong track record in strategic project management
• Experience with derivatives trading, risk, and P&L flows
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills with problem-solving capability
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience

Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience analyzing large datasets using SQL and Excel
• Familiarity with FRTB Trading Book/Banking Booking Boundary
• Experience in Markets, Risk, and Regulatory related projects/programs
• Bachelor's/University degree in relevant fields, Master's degree preferred
• Project Management certifications e.g., PMP or equivalent

Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 10 month contract position.

ASAP.

Project Manager - Assignment Location:
Mississauga, Ontario, Canada - Hybrid with 3 days in office.
