Project Manager – Privacy
On behalf of our airline client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager – Privacy for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office. 

Project Manager – Privacy - Job Description:
Lead the planning and delivery of strategic privacy initiatives to strengthen WestJet's privacy governance, regulatory compliance, and management of personal information. This role involves coordinating privacy foundation initiatives, including operating model design, governance development, and privacy technology selection.

Project Manager – Privacy - Responsibilities:
• Coordinate a portfolio of privacy foundation initiatives
• Design operating models and governance frameworks
• Develop policies and process improvements
• Select and plan the implementation of privacy technologies
• Manage dependencies and stakeholders
• Facilitate decision-making processes
• Ensure timely delivery aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements

Project Manager – Privacy - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong project and program management experience in privacy-related initiatives
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience developing project plans and governance reporting
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies
• Experience leading vendor evaluation and RFP processes
• Strong organizational change management capabilities

Project Manager – Privacy – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with GDPR, PIPEDA, or data protection initiatives
• Knowledge of consent management or privacy management platforms
• Experience in the airline, travel, or financial services industries

Project Manager – Privacy – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract position.
