Project Manager / Scrum Master, Wealth Management – Data Ingestion:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager / Scrum Master, Wealth Management – Data Ingestion for an 8-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Project Manager / Scrum Master, Wealth Management – Data Ingestion - Job Description:
This role is part of the AI & Transformational Program, focusing on data ingestion within Wealth Management Technology. The project involves the integration of vendor products and in-house applications to support new technologies, regulatory changes, and business efficiency.

Project Manager / Scrum Master, Wealth Management – Data Ingestion - Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage overall project deliverables for data ingestion/consumption work streams on medium to large initiatives
• Develop and manage the detailed schedule, identify early warning indicators, and provide direction for early resolution of risks and issues
• Oversee financials and staffing levels to efficiently meet project delivery requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, including vendors and IT teams
• Build and present for Senior Director & VP level presentations
• Oversee the development of program/project plans, KPIs, and metrics, including status reporting
• Ensure the completion of risk assessments and the identification & execution of contingency plans
• Deliver initiatives using appropriate methods, including Agile and Iterative Waterfall

Project Manager / Scrum Master, Wealth Management – Data Ingestion - Mandatory Skills:
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business, Technology, or Financial Services
• Project/Program Management certifications (e.g., PMP and/or PgMP)
• 5+ years of Project Management experience with large programs ($20MM+)
• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
• 3-5 years of managing large Data Ingestion/Consumption projects
• Advanced knowledge of change, issue, and risk management
• Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies

Project Manager / Scrum Master, Wealth Management – Data Ingestion – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• AI experience/knowledge
• Previous experience working in Wealth Management

This is an 8-month contract position.
