Project Manager/Technology - Mid-Level:
On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager/Technology - Mid-Level for a 5-month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Austin, TX 78758 office.

Project Manager/Technology - Mid-Level - Job Description:
The Business Accommodation Team (BAT) is focused on supporting and resolving the unique needs of affluent and high-net-worth clients, aiming to retain and win new business. The Project Manager will support strategic initiatives that enhance client experience and improve scalability, working closely with teams across the business and technology sectors.

Project Manager/Technology - Mid-Level - Responsibilities:
• Support Negotiated Offers and NextGen BAT initiatives to enhance client experience and support business growth.
• Collaborate with product owners and business partners to develop pricing exception frameworks.
• Partner with business and technology teams for comprehensive end-to-end planning.
• Leverage AI and data-driven insights for efficiency improvements and decision-making.
• Conduct analysis on program dependencies and business impacts.
• Monitor and escalate risks or issues affecting delivery timelines or scope.
• Provide effective communication and reporting through updates, analysis, and dashboards.

Project Manager/Technology - Mid-Level - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira, GitHub, Confluence, Remedy.
• Change Management and Tech Governance experience.
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and business-led development.
• Strong client-centric orientation and knowledge of Schwab products.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Project Manager/Technology - Mid-Level – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Business System Analysis and Software Documentation experience.
• Demonstrated success in building cross-functional partnerships.
• Ability to influence leadership, partners, and peers.
• Experience with data synthesis and developing business cases.
• Familiarity with pricing and BAT decision-making processes.
