Project Manager:
On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager for a 7 month, remote role. This position is a hybrid position with occasional in-office requirements at our client’s Toronto office.

Project Manager - Job Description:
The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of various projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves managing project risks, coordinating team resources, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project milestones.

Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for small to large projects/programs
• Lead and coordinate project/program team resources to ensure milestones are met
• Manage project/program risk identification and resolution
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects/programs
• Track project/program progress and manage issues and risks
• Deliver timely project/program reports and performance dashboards
• Conduct regular project reviews and communicate status
• Manage and track project/program budget/variance
• Develop and execute project/program resource management plans
• Establish and facilitate regular project/program team meetings
• Utilize key project management tools
• Document and share project/program lessons learned
• Build relationships with stakeholders and teams

Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large, complex, cross-functional IT projects
• Proven expertise in project estimation, planning, and tracking
• Advanced knowledge of project metrics and reporting
• Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Bachelor’s degree in business/IT
• Advanced skills in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• PMP/Prince 2 certification
• Agile/Scrum master certification
• Experience leveraging AI tools like Microsoft Copilot
• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 7 month contract position.
