On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager Turnaround & Application Implementation for a 12-month role.

Project Manager Turnaround & Application Implementation - Job Description:
We are hiring a senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major turnaround program and the rollout of a new application. This involves running discovery workshops, identifying process changes, and implementing a new application. The role requires managing several parallel projects with a fast pace and quick delivery expectations.

Project Manager Turnaround & Application Implementation - Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and milestones, and keep them current as priorities shift
• Lead delivery of the new application implementation, from planning through testing, go-live, and handover
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes early, and escalate with clear options
• Report progress to the hiring manager and senior stakeholders in plain, concise terms
• Keep delivery moving when priorities change, and re-plan quickly without losing control of scope

Project Manager Turnaround & Application Implementation - Mandatory Skills:
• Very senior project management experience, with a record of delivering technology projects
• An IT or technology background
• Highly organized, with strong planning, tracking, and prioritization habits
• Adapts fast and stays steady in chaos, with examples of stepping into messy or fast-changing situations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, including working with facilitators and analysts
• Comfortable working remotely and independently

Project Manager Turnaround & Application Implementation – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in the maintenance and reliability space
• Experience leading new application implementations
• Experience on turnaround or transformation programs
• PMP or equivalent certification

Project Manager Turnaround & Application Implementation – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract with strong extension potential.
