Project Manager:
On behalf of our Digital Health client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager for an intermediate role. This position is remote, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Project Manager - Job Description:
The Project Manager will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee ITSM implementation projects within the healthcare sector
• Lead project teams, ensuring resources and budget are on track
• Develop and evaluate RFPs for IT solutions
• Implement Salesforce CRM solutions
• Communicate and negotiate with executive leadership

Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Valid PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
• ITSM implementation experience in healthcare (1 year)
• Senior management experience with governance/risk (10 years)
• PM/Program Manager experience owning budget/cost/resourcing (8 years)
• Salesforce CRM implementation experience (3 years)

Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• RFP development/evaluation for IT solution (1 year)
• Altera Sunrise suite implementation in acute care (1 year)
• Executive leadership communication/negotiation/presentation (5 years)

Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position with a specific duration to be determined.
