Project Systems Implementation Consultant:
On behalf of our public infrastructure client, Procom is searching for a Project Systems Implementation Consultant for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Burnaby office.

Project Systems Implementation Consultant - Job Description:
The project involves a large-scale capital infrastructure expansion program valued at approximately $1 billion, expected to run through commissioning over the next several years. The focus is on implementing, configuring, and enhancing the organization's Project Management Information System (Trimble Unity Construct).

Project Systems Implementation Consultant - Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation, configuration, and enhancement of the organization's Project Management Information System (Trimble Unity Construct)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology partners to gather requirements, implement improvements, and support system integrations, upgrades, and releases
• Ensure system processes, workflows, reporting, and governance align with the organization's Project Management Framework and standards
• Provide user support, training, documentation, and change management to drive adoption and continuous improvement

Project Systems Implementation Consultant - Mandatory Skills:
• Intermediate (approx. 8–15 years) to Senior (15+ years) experience in project management systems implementation
• Direct experience with Trimble Unity Construct required, or strong experience with a comparable PMIS platform
• Capital-project or infrastructure experience preferred
• Must be able to work onsite 4 days/week

Project Systems Implementation Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in a public infrastructure environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with change management processes

Project Systems Implementation Consultant – Assignment Length:
This is an initial 12-month contract with potential extension up to 28 months based on performance and project needs.

Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada - Hybrid work model with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
