Proposal & Sales Operation Admin:
On behalf of our engineering client, Procom is searching for a Proposal & Sales Operation Admin for a permanent role. This position is onsite at our client’s Katy, Texas office.

Proposal & Sales Operation Admin - Job Description:
The Proposal & Sales Operations Administrator will bring structure, discipline, and execution to the organization by managing the proposal and opportunity pipeline. This role ensures opportunities are identified, tracked, and submitted professionally, supporting the company's growth and business development process.

Proposal & Sales Operation Admin - Responsibilities:
• Track opportunities from initial identification through final submission and award decision
• Maintain accurate opportunity records, deadlines, and ownership assignments
• Coordinate proposal development activities from intake through submission
• Manage proposal schedules, timelines, and internal deadlines
• Support CRM implementation, maintenance, and reporting initiatives
• Maintain proposal, resume, project experience, and past performance libraries
• Develop and refine proposal workflows and operating procedures

Proposal & Sales Operation Admin - Mandatory Skills:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Administration, Proposal Coordination, or similar roles
• Advanced Microsoft Word skills
• Strong Excel and CRM proficiency
• Exceptional organizational and tracking skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written communication skills

Proposal & Sales Operation Admin – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience within AEC, GovCon, or professional services industries
• Familiarity with government portals like SAM.gov, SEWP, GSA
• Experience maintaining proposal compliance libraries
• Experience organizing CRM systems
• Experience supporting technical proposal development
