Provisioning Support Coordinator:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Provisioning Support Coordinator for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Provisioning Support Coordinator - Job Description:
The Provisioning Support Coordinator will focus on managing ID and access provisioning through a ticketing system. The role involves processing requests using Microsoft Power Apps and facilitating software and hardware provisioning for new employees.

Provisioning Support Coordinator - Responsibilities:
• Manage ID and access provisioning via a ticketing system
• Process inbound requests through Microsoft Power Apps
• Provision software access and laptops for new joiners
• Remove access for offboarding employees
• Act as an intermediary between hiring managers and ServiceNow ticket submission

Provisioning Support Coordinator - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in ticketing, access management, or IT coordination
• Strong communication skills for verbal interaction with managers
• Attention to detail and organization
• Effective time management skills
• Comfortable with medium-to-high volume workload

Provisioning Support Coordinator – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with enterprise-level environments
• Familiarity with ServiceNow
• Background in IT coordination

Provisioning Support Coordinator – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension and full-time employment conversion.
