QA/AML Analyst, FINTRAC Regulatory Reporting – Swift/Navaera/Excel:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a QA/AML Analyst, FINTRAC Regulatory Reporting – Swift/Navaera/Excel for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

QA/AML Analyst, FINTRAC Regulatory Reporting – Swift/Navaera/Excel - Job Description:
The project involves testing and remediating Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) for FINTRAC regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will work on ensuring compliance with FINTRAC regulations using tools like Swift, Navaera, and Excel.

QA/AML Analyst, FINTRAC Regulatory Reporting – Swift/Navaera/Excel - Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reviews of STRs and Ministerial Directives submitted to FINTRAC.
• Validate report quality, make necessary corrections, and provide clear comments on identified deficiencies.
• Identify unacceptable AML risks and escalate appropriately to the QA Manager or QA Senior Manager.
• Assist in developing and maintaining training materials, job aids, workflows, and guidance.
• Support ongoing initiatives related to AML regulatory reporting to FINTRAC.
• Provide senior management with consistent, consolidated, annotated reporting on AML regulatory reporting.
• Identify and communicate incorrect mapping and draft intakes to address inconsistencies identified.

QA/AML Analyst, FINTRAC Regulatory Reporting – Swift/Navaera/Excel - Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst/Compliance Analyst/AML Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, particularly with respect to FINTRAC regulatory reporting.
• 1+ years of experience with SWIFT EFT (e.g., MT 103 and MX messages), Non-SWIFT or LCT.
• Proficiency with Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, V-lookups).
• Proven ability to analyze large amounts of transactional and case management data.

QA/AML Analyst, FINTRAC Regulatory Reporting – Swift/Navaera/Excel – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• ACAMS Certification.
• Experience with case management tool (Navaera).

QA/AML Analyst, FINTRAC Regulatory Reporting – Swift/Navaera/Excel – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time employee.
