QA Tester – Intermediate
On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking QA Tester – Intermediate.

Responsibilities -Review business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
-Develop or update test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
-Identify testing priorities based on upcoming releases.
-Execute manual test cases to verify new features and enhancements.
-Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality has not been impacted.
-Conduct functional, usability, integration, and end-to-end testing.
-Verify bug fixes after developers have resolved issues.
-Identify, document, and prioritize software defects.
-Log bugs with detailed reproduction steps, screenshots, videos, and supporting evidence.
-Work with developers to troubleshoot and clarify reported issues.
-Retest defects once fixes have been implemented.
-Create and maintain automated test scripts.
-Execute automated test suites before releases.
-Investigate and resolve failed automated tests.
-Improve automation coverage to reduce manual testing effort.
-Participate in daily stand-up meetings.
-Work closely with developers, business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders.
-Clarify requirements when expected functionality is unclear.
-Provide feedback on product quality and release readiness.
-Integration testing
-Maintain test documentation and execution results.
-Update test cases as features evolve.
-Document testing procedures and best practices.
-Functional UI Testing Must Have: -Hands-on testing experience for APIs webservices- REST and SOAP, (3-5 years of experience)
-Strong automation skills, specifically with Robot framework but not limited to it.
-JIRA – some experience
-Cross -functional teams coordination ability,
-Good communication with stakeholders,
-Good analytical skills, effective requirements analysis, ability to work under pressure and meeting timelines.
Nice to have: -Familiarly with AI
-MCP Server experience Location: Hybrid – Mississauga (2 days/week)
Duration: 4 months contract
