Job Description

BMO is currently sourcing for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to support the TSYS team in North American Retail Payments. This is a hybrid contract role in Toronto (2 days in office per week).

Role Overview:
The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will lead end-to-end quality assurance processes for TSYS projects, ensuring comprehensive testing and defect management. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of quality and compliance within payment project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end QA including planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off for TSYS projects.
- Collaborate closely with business partners and vendors to ensure project alignment.
- Manage defect triage and root cause analysis, driving timely resolution of identified issues.
- Enforce QA standards, test documentation, and compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

Must-Have Skills:
- Strong, recent hands-on TSYS experience, including TSYS-TS2 green screen data conditioning and TSYS rewards.
- Experience with pricing and interest related to TSYS projects involving disclosure group changes, fee updates, and pricing updates.
- Proven track record of leading new credit card product launches end to end.
- Background in payment projects and familiarity with card generation, statements, letters, and communications.
- Knowledge of digital wallets and tokenization.
- Familiarity with FICO TRIAD Customer Manager.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills:
- TRIAD experience.
- Mainframe file handling experience.
- Hands-on automation experience.

Ideal Candidate:
- A proactive leader who has successfully launched credit card products in the past.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams, both onshore and offshore.
- Demonstrated capability to identify and implement process improvements in QA practices.
