Senior React Developer
On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Senior React Developer for a 6-month role. This position is 100% remote.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our team and help build modern, scalable web applications using React and Next.js, with integrations to headless CMS platforms such as Sanity. In this role, you will develop and enhance user-facing applications, contribute to reusable component architecture, and support content-driven experiences across our digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using React and Next.js
• Build and maintain reusable component libraries and design systems
• Implement highly interactive, performant user interfaces
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and browser compatibility
• Integrate frontends with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity)
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of deep experience building applications with React.js
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Expertise in React (hooks, component architecture, lifecycle)
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
• Experience building responsive, cross-browser applications

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Next.js application development
• Experience with shadcn and Tailwind CSS
• Familiarity with GraphQL
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright)
• Experience with A/B testing 
• Banking or financial services experience. 

Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension.
