Receptionist:On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Receptionist for a temporary coverage role. This position is onsite at our client’s Dartmouth, Nova Scotia office.
Receptionist - Job Description:
This role is to provide temporary coverage for the front desk while the current employee is on short-term leave. The duration is initially set for approximately 90 days but may vary based on the employee's return date. The role involves light administrative duties with a focus on front-facing support.
Receptionist - Responsibilities:
• Front desk coverage, including greeting visitors and handling walk-ins
• Managing packages, mail, and coordinating couriers
• Supporting staff with shipping and administrative requests
• Conducting basic banking and deposits
• Providing light reporting support for branches
Receptionist - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong personality with a customer-facing presence
• General administrative capability
• Flexibility and reliability
• Excellent communication skills
