Job Description

Recruiter:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Recruiter for a 6-month role. This position is a remote position supporting our client’s Chicago, Illinois office.

Recruiter - Job Description:
This role supports the Premier Services line of business focused on Mass Affluent clients by providing expert talent acquisition advice and executing recruiting strategies. The Recruiter acts as a trusted advisor to business groups, delivering talent solutions that align with business priorities and growth initiatives.

Recruiter - Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business groups on talent acquisition strategies.
• Influence and negotiate to achieve business hiring objectives.
• Assist in developing and executing strategic talent acquisition plans.
• Conduct independent analysis to resolve strategic recruitment issues.
• Design and produce regular and ad-hoc recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Lead or participate in change management and communication plans related to talent acquisition initiatives.
• Develop innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies, including for complex roles requiring external search support.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align talent acquisition solutions with business needs.
• Provide coaching and capability building on recruitment techniques across the organization.
• Monitor recruitment performance and address issues proactively.

Recruiter - Mandatory Skills:
• 5 to 7 years of relevant recruiting experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience hiring within the Banking/Financial Industry.
• Appropriate HR designation.
• Demonstrated results in recruiting and sourcing with in-depth knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaboration and influence skills.

Recruiter – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience hiring for Mass Affluent or Premier Services roles.
• Experience recruiting licensed sales and relationship management professionals.
• Ability to source passive candidates effectively.

Recruiter – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

Recruiter - Start Date:
ASAP.

Recruiter - Assignment Location: Remote - U.S. Greater Chicago + California
