Recruiter:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Recruiter for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Recruiter - Job Description:
The Recruiter will support retail hiring, working closely with branch managers to fulfill staffing needs. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, including conducting intakes, setting up interviews, and managing hiring events. The Recruiter will also work on pipeline initiatives and projects to enhance recruitment processes.

Recruiter - Responsibilities:
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including intakes and interviews
• Open requisitions and manage hiring events
• Set up final interview rounds with managers and conduct background checks
• Work on pipeline initiatives and recruitment projects
• Interact with internal hiring managers and attend hiring events
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting

Recruiter - Mandatory Skills:
• Recruitment experience
• High volume recruitment experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Reporting experience
• Strong Excel skills

Recruiter – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in a corporate environment
• Agency recruitment experience
• Understanding of retail banking
• Experience with well-known companies
• Resourcefulness and proactive questioning

Recruiter – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion.

ASAP.

Recruiter - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work arrangement with 1-2 days in the office.
