Recruiter:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Recruiter for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Recruiter - Job Description:
The Recruiter will support day-to-day recruitment activities, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for various roles within branch banking. The role involves engaging with managers, conducting interviews, and participating in in-person events to attract top talent.

Recruiter - Responsibilities:
• Conduct 5-6 video interviews daily
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes
• Engage and consult with hiring managers
• Attend and participate in recruitment events within the GTA
• Collaborate with a team of 7 members to achieve recruitment goals

Recruiter - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong communication skills
• Sense of urgency
• Experience in recruiting or recruitment coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Recruiter – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Workday
• Experience in hiring for banking or insurance sectors

Recruiter – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion.

Recruiter - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Hybrid – 2 days in office per week.
