Regional Computer Operations Support Analyst:
On behalf of our Defense industry client, Procom is searching for a Regional Computer Operations Support Analyst for a permanent role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Colorado Springs office.

Regional Computer Operations Support Analyst - Job Description:
The Regional Computer Operations Support Analyst will be part of a team responsible for daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of C2BMC systems in a 24x7 operations and test environment. The role involves providing first-level technical support and initial troubleshooting for local C2BMC hardware, software, and networks.

Regional Computer Operations Support Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Perform daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of C2BMC systems
• Provide first-level technical support to the warfighter
• Troubleshoot all local C2BMC hardware, software, and networks
• Document and report all events/issues to the C2BMC Watch Officer
• Assist with hardware/software installations as directed by local SMEs
• Create and maintain user accounts as directed by the local ISSO

Regional Computer Operations Support Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum Active DoD Secret Clearance
• DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher
• Experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems
• Experience in system and/or network administration, including UNIX, Linux, Windows, Cisco, and Juniper
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software components
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Regional Computer Operations Support Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience and knowledge of C2BMC System or Missile Defense Systems
• TS/SCI clearance

Regional Computer Operations Support Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a permanent position.
