On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Release Train Strategist - Money Movement, Transfers for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Release Train Strategist - Money Movement, Transfers - Job Description:
The role involves coordinating and guiding the planning, deployment, and delivery of software across multiple teams within the organization. The project supports Agile Release Train initiatives, focusing on money movement and transfers, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to business goals.

Release Train Strategist - Money Movement, Transfers - Responsibilities:
• Facilitate program increment (PI) planning sessions, ensuring alignment of team objectives with the organizational vision.
• Monitor progress across teams to ensure adherence to timelines and manage interdependencies within the release train.
• Proactively identify and resolve obstacles and issues that affect release schedules and product quality.
• Work with product management and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features and capabilities for forthcoming releases.
• Encourage collaboration and improve communication between teams, fostering a continuous improvement of culture.
• Generate and report key metrics to track release train performance and ensure continuous delivery is optimized.

Release Train Strategist - Money Movement, Transfers - Mandatory Skills:
• 2+ years of RTE experience.
• Strong understanding of money movement, transfers (global, electronic).
• Strong working knowledge of Scaled Agile.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Very strong and clear communication (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong facilitation skills.

Release Train Strategist - Money Movement, Transfers – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience using Clarity.
• Scrum Master or Safe Agile or RTE certifications.
• Prior banking experience.

Release Train Strategist - Money Movement, Transfers – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion based on business needs and performance.
