Report Developer - Senior-Power BI:
On behalf of our Business Intelligence client, Procom is searching for a Report Developer - Senior-Power BI for a 12 month contract role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Report Developer - Senior-Power BI - Job Description:
The Common Cluster Solutions Branch is engaged in a series of key projects approved by ministry program areas, focusing on developing robust reporting solutions using Power BI. These projects include enhancing compliance enforcement reporting and developing critical operational reports for various branches.

Report Developer - Senior-Power BI - Responsibilities:
• Create Power BI reports and data models
• Undertake special assignments or sub-projects as assigned
• Conduct, assess, evaluate, and document stakeholder interests and business needs
• Ensure alignment and adherence to IT processes and standards
• Support the testing team during system and UAT testing
• Participate in knowledge transfer

Report Developer - Senior-Power BI - Mandatory Skills:
• Proven work experience as a Power BI Report Developer
• Demonstrated experience with M, DAX, and Power Query
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure ecosystem and the Power Platform
• Proven experience with SQL Server and Power BI Datasets
• Proven, demonstratable experience in data modeling and data visualizations for Power BI
• Experience in understanding, capturing, and analyzing complex business requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Report Developer - Senior-Power BI – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with performance tuning in Power BI
• Experience with Power BI datasets and refresh processes
• Experience analyzing customer feedback to improve customer experience
• Stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Report Developer - Senior-Power BI – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position.
