Reporting Analyst:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Reporting Analyst for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Reston, Virginia office.

Reporting Analyst - Job Description:
This role is focused on migrating legacy, Excel-heavy residual value models and portfolio trackers into modern, automated data pipelines and business intelligence tools. The Reporting Analyst will audit and convert legacy Oracle SQL, SAS, and Excel-based models into a modern Python and AWS cloud environment to streamline data collection and deliver automated lease-end portfolio risk reporting.

Reporting Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Evaluate existing risk reporting processes and develop clear process maps.
• Partner with IT to design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines for centralized data warehousing.
• Replace manual spreadsheet reports with dynamic, self-service dashboards using Tableau.
• Conduct testing to ensure smooth transition between reporting platforms.
• Document legacy spreadsheet logic and draft comprehensive documentation for new systems.
• Upskill team members on interpreting and utilizing new BI reporting tools.

Reporting Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial risk analysis, asset management, or data analytics.
• Advanced SQL, SAS, and Python (Pandas, NumPy) expertise.
• Expert-level proficiency in Tableau.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Understanding of automotive leasing structures and residual value risk.
• Excellent communication skills.

Reporting Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with third-party market valuation APIs (e.g., J.D. Power, Black Book, Manheim).
• Knowledge of vehicle remarketing channels and vehicle segmentation.
• Experience in stakeholder training and upskilling.
• Problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
