RESP Transaction Processing Analyst:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a RESP Transaction Processing Analyst for a 6-month role. This position is onsite 5 days per week at our client’s Toronto office.

RESP Transaction Processing Analyst - Job Description:
This role involves processing financial and non-financial transactions with high accuracy for Mutual Funds, Segregated Funds, and Pooled Funds, specifically for CASH, RRSP, TFSA, and RESP accounts. The analyst will assist other Investor Services departments/teams in resolving client issues to enhance the client experience.

RESP Transaction Processing Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Process financial and non-financial transactions with a high level of accuracy
• Assist in resolving client issues across departments
• Pre-screen, prepare, and input transactions by standard cut-off times
• Ensure all transactions are processed within Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Apply quality control procedures

RESP Transaction Processing Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Mutual Funds/Segregated Funds industry experience
• Strong attention to detail and deadline orientation
• Strong team player committed to team success
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work overtime during the week and weekends
• Proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
• Comfortable with Excel, including creating/editing spreadsheets with formulas

RESP Transaction Processing Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of Unitrax recordkeeping system
• FundSERV knowledge
• French bilingualism
• Understanding of registered products
• Experience in an imaging/workflow environment

RESP Transaction Processing Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
