Revenue Operations Manager:
On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Revenue Operations Manager for a permanent role. This position is a remote position based in Cary, North Carolina, United States.

Job Description:
The Revenue Operations Manager will design and optimize the operational architecture behind our GTM strategy, playing a critical strategic role at Celebrus to power the entire go-to-market engine. The fundamental goal is to manage and optimize the infrastructure that drives scalable revenue growth, ensuring a seamless lead flow and strong pipeline visibility.

 Responsibilities:
• Own the operational structure behind Celebrus’ revenue engine, ensuring efficient lead generation to closed revenue.
• Design and optimize lead management, qualification, and routing processes.
• Develop and manage frameworks for lead attribution, BDR to Sales handoff, and pipeline performance.
• Act as the central operational contact between Marketing and Sales.
• Own the architecture and performance of the GTM technology stack.
• Design and maintain workflows, automations, and reporting structures.
• Evaluate and maximize the value of agencies and tools for productivity and pipeline generation.
• Design and maintain reporting structures for leadership monitoring.

Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of Revenue Operations experience within startups or B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong experience designing and scaling go-to-market programs.
• Deep expertise with HubSpot CRM and Clay.
• Hands-on experience with data enrichment and outbound sales tools.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable collaborating across US and EU time zones.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience supporting enterprise sales motions.
• Experience with account-based marketing strategies.
• Ability to design scalable operational systems.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

This is a permanent position.
