On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Risk Management Analyst, NIRA Assessment for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Risk Management Analyst, NIRA Assessment - Job Description:
The Risk Management Analyst, NIRA Assessment will contribute to the success of the Global Operational Risk Program by supporting the execution and sustainment of the Bank’s New Initiative Risk Assessment program. The role involves assisting in the transition of NIRA capabilities to the enterprise GRC platform, maintaining governance documentation, and facilitating system enhancements and issue resolutions.

Risk Management Analyst, NIRA Assessment - Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing the Bank’s New Initiative Risk Assessment program documentation.
• Support change management activities and organize NIRA related communications and documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholder inquiries related to the existing NIRA system.
• Assist in the transition of the NIRA system to a new eGRC platform.
• Monitor and analyze NIRA KPI and Data Quality metrics.
• Provide support to other operational risk management initiatives and projects.

Risk Management Analyst, NIRA Assessment - Mandatory Skills:
• 4+ years of experience in risk management, operational risk, or compliance within a financial services environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data validation and KPI monitoring.
• Hands-on experience managing documentation in SharePoint or similar repositories.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Risk Management Analyst, NIRA Assessment – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience supporting large scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Previous experience with Power BI.
• Experience with NIRA (New Initiative Risk Assessment).

Risk Management Analyst, NIRA Assessment – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion to full-time employment.

ASAP.

Risk Management Analyst, NIRA Assessment - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office, specifically on Wednesday and Thursday, with flexibility on the third day.
