Risk Management Consultant:
On behalf of our consulting client, Procom is searching for a Risk Management Consultant for an intermediate role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Burnaby office.

Risk Management Consultant - Job Description:
Our client is supporting a major public infrastructure organization in the Greater Vancouver area and is seeking an experienced Risk Management Consultant for a large-scale capital infrastructure expansion program, expected to run through commissioning over the next several years.

Risk Management Consultant - Responsibilities:
• Provide risk management services, including the development and maintenance of Risk Management Plans (RMPs), risk governance frameworks, and supporting processes for project delivery
• Perform risk management activities, including risk identification, coordination, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, risk assessment, mitigation planning, monitoring, and control
• Maintain project risk registers on an ongoing basis
• Prepare and maintain risk-related reports, dashboards, analyses, and performance metrics to support project governance, decision-making, and monthly project reporting

Risk Management Consultant - Mandatory Skills:
• Direct capital-project experience required
• Strong preference for experience on municipal/government, public infrastructure or utility, or large complex capital programs
• Must be able to work onsite 4 days/week
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication abilities
• Teamwork-oriented

Risk Management Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Wastewater or water-treatment project experience
• Experience with accessible design and implementation

Risk Management Consultant – Assignment Length:
The initial contract term is approximately 12 months, with potential extension up to 28 months based on performance and project needs.

Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at the client's project office and 1 day remote.
