SaaS Sales Executive:
On behalf of our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Digital Transformation consulting client, Procom is searching for a SaaS Sales Executive for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with flexibility for remote work while attending client meetings, industry events, and business development activities as required.

SaaS Sales Executive - Job Description:
The SaaS Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing client relationships. This role focuses on selling ECM, content services, workflow automation, and digital transformation solutions to mid-market and enterprise organizations. The successful candidate will be a hunter with a proven track record of generating net-new business while identifying opportunities to expand solution offerings within existing accounts.

SaaS Sales Executive - Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets
• Drive net-new client acquisition through prospecting, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach campaigns
• Identify and develop opportunities to expand solution adoption within existing client accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and IT decision-makers
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand client business challenges and align solutions to strategic objectives
• Collaborate with solution architects, consultants, and delivery teams to develop tailored proposals and statements of work

SaaS Sales Executive - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of successful B2B SaaS, software, or technology sales experience
• Proven track record of generating net-new business and exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing and growing existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
• Strong consultative and value-based selling skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events

SaaS Sales Executive – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience selling ECM, Content Services, Document Management, Workflow Automation, or Digital Transformation solutions
• Familiarity with platforms such as OpenText, Microsoft SharePoint, M-Files, Hyland OnBase, Laserfiche, or similar technologies
• Experience selling into regulated industries including Energy, Utilities, Financial Services, Healthcare, Government, or Manufacturing
• Understanding of information governance, records management, and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of AI-powered content management, intelligent automation, and digital workplace solutions
