Sales and Service Cloud Experienced Developer:
On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a Sales and Service Cloud Experienced Developer for a 6 month contract role. This position is remote, located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Sales and Service Cloud Experienced Developer - Job Description:
The role involves designing, developing, and configuring Salesforce solutions to enhance customer and agent experiences across various workflows. The project focuses on integrating enterprise platforms and third-party applications, contributing to technical design reviews, and supporting solution testing and deployments.

Sales and Service Cloud Experienced Developer - Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic capabilities.
• Build and enhance customer and agent experiences across Customer 360, Case Management, Claims, Enrollment, and Contact Center workflows.
• Develop integrations with enterprise platforms and third-party applications using APIs and integration frameworks.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions and technical designs.
• Support solution testing, deployments, defect resolution, and production support activities.
• Contribute to technical design reviews, development standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support successful sprint delivery.

Sales and Service Cloud Experienced Developer - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Service Cloud and customer service processes.
• Experience working on large-scale CRM or digital transformation programs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Strong experience with DevOps tools like Jira, Jenkins, BitBucket, and Git.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Service Cloud, Community, and Marketing Cloud.

Sales and Service Cloud Experienced Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
• Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce Lightning projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies.
• Experience defining the system architecture landscape and delivering comprehensive solutions.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems.
• Demonstrated project management experience.

Sales and Service Cloud Experienced Developer – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract position.
