Salesforce Architect:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Salesforce Architect for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Salesforce Architect - Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC). The successful candidate will partner with business and technology stakeholders to define scalable architecture, establish best practices, and drive the implementation of strategic Salesforce initiatives in a financial services environment.

Salesforce Architect - Responsibilities:
• Define and maintain Salesforce enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards.
• Lead solution design and technical architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Design scalable and secure solutions leveraging Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, APIs, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and development best practices.
• Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams through design reviews and code reviews.

Salesforce Architect - Mandatory Skills:
• 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 3+ years of recent experience in a Salesforce Architect, Lead Architect, or Principal Consultant role.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, security model, and data architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flow Automation, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions in Agile environments.
• Proven experience working with business and executive stakeholders.

Salesforce Architect – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with nCino Loan origination.
• Experience within Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services organizations.
• Experience with Copado, AutoRABIT, Gearset, or similar DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of cloud integration platforms and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Salesforce Architect – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Salesforce Architect - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is hybrid with 2-3 days in-office (Monday, Wednesday).
