Salesforce Functional Lead:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Salesforce Functional Lead for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Salesforce Functional Lead - Job Description:
The role involves leading the Salesforce implementation project, Client 360, which is used by personal and commercial banking sales and servicing teams. The candidate will provide strategic solutions and recommendations for Salesforce platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.

Salesforce Functional Lead - Responsibilities:
• Align daily with the squad and Product Owner (PO) on tasks and blockers.
• Provide high-level solutions for business requirements and knowledge transfer to the squad.
• Refine requirements with PO and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes and refine requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Design strategic solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud best practices.
• Assess dependencies across legacy systems for seamless integration.
• Guide functional designers to convert requirements into actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlog and prioritize features.
• Drive continuous improvement and advise on change management and training content.

Salesforce Functional Lead - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong Salesforce knowledge: Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud
• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Lead in Salesforce
• 3+ years of experience in the financial industry
• Relevant degree in Engineering or related education
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions in regulated environments
• Deep understanding of banking workflows and financial compliance
• Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and integration with core banking systems

Salesforce Functional Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira, Confluence, and DevOps pipelines
• Ability to lead conversations with cross-functional teams and engage with executives
• Salesforce certifications

Salesforce Functional Lead – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days in the office.
