Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (Intermediate – Senior) — Contract
On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant for a 2-month contract role. This position is a remote position available Canada-wide.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (Intermediate – Senior) — Contract - Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to support an urgent RFP and client oral presentation. The project involves leading solutioning, user story creation, and configuration demonstrations for the RFP orals, with potential for hands-on implementation support if the engagement is awarded.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (Intermediate – Senior) — Contract - Responsibilities:
• Lead preparation for RFP orals by developing presentation content, demos, and talking points.
• Present and defend the proposed Marketing Cloud solution during client orals.
• Elicit and document business requirements; write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and more.
• Provide hands-on configuration, solution architecture input, and troubleshooting.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and configuration tasks.
• Collaborate with client, KPMG teams, and vendors while maintaining confidentiality.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (Intermediate – Senior) — Contract - Mandatory Skills:
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in professional implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Proficiency in Data Extensions, SQL Query activities, AMPScript or SSJS.
• Strong track record in preparing and delivering client-facing presentations.
• Experience writing user stories and working in an Agile environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Eligible to work in Canada.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (Intermediate – Senior) — Contract – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with CRM systems using APIs or connectors.
• Experience with deliverability best practices and testing frameworks.
• Prior consulting or agency experience, especially on RFP responses.
• Experience using tools like Git, CI/CD for Marketing Cloud packages.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (Intermediate – Senior) — Contract – Assignment Length:
The initial expected contract length is approximately 2 months with possible extension.
