SAP Cutover and Deployment Project Manager:
On behalf of our legal services client, Procom is searching for a SAP Cutover and Deployment Project Manager for a 4-month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s dowtown Toronto office.

SAP Cutover and Deployment Project Manager - Job Description:
The Project Manager – Cutover & Deployment will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all cutover activities required to transition Canada’s SAP environment to a new platform. This mission-critical role involves managing a tightly sequenced set of activities, including data migration execution, system transitions, and post-cutover validation.

SAP Cutover and Deployment Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the end-to-end cutover plan
• Define key milestones and events
• Establish and manage cutover readiness criteria
• Lead execution of the approved cutover plan
• Manage the coordinated transition of SAP system availability
• Liaise with the Program Lead on execution of production data loads
• Plan and manage business blackout periods
• Act as the central coordination point between various teams
• Identify risks and issues in advance of cutover
• Coordinate immediate post-cutover activities

SAP Cutover and Deployment Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 8–12+ years of project/program management experience
• Experience leading SAP or ERP cutover/go-live activities
• Strong understanding of SAP migration and deployment lifecycle
• Experience managing blackout windows and business continuity impacts
• Exceptionally organized and detail-driven
• Calm under pressure in high-stakes execution environments
• Direct and clear communicator during time-sensitive activities

SAP Cutover and Deployment Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with complex system transitions with multiple integrations
• Strong escalation judgment
• Highly accountable
• Decisive and action-oriented during live execution windows
• Experience with data migration and reconciliation processes

SAP Cutover and Deployment Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position for 4 months.
