SAP Developer:
On behalf of our Automotive client, Procom is searching for an SAP Developer for a 9 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

SAP Developer - Job Description:
The SAP Developer will lead development initiatives for SAP S/4HANA, focusing on both backend and frontend solutions. This role involves working on new development projects, enhancing existing systems, and ensuring production stability through incident resolution.

SAP Developer - Responsibilities:
• Provide end-to-end leadership for SAP S/4 development initiatives.
• Lead development for key SAP Modules such as FI, EWM, PTP, warranty, and claims.
• Support incident triaging and ensure production stability.
• Debug and develop SAP applications using ABAP, OData, SAP CAP, and SAP Fiori/UI5.
• Review deliverables from the AMS Team, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

SAP Developer - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum of 10-11 years of experience with ABAP and OData development on S/4HANA.
• Strong expertise in OO-ABAP, CDS Views, and standard enhancement frameworks.
• Proven experience with SAP CAP and Node.js.
• Deep understanding of SAPUI5/Fiori development principles.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, BAS, Azure CI/CD, VS Code, and Git.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

SAP Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Understanding of automotive supply chain, vehicle tracking, or warranty processing.
• Experience with the Vehicle Management System (VMS).
• Familiarity with Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Knowledge of Kaizen and Yokoten practices.
• Experience in supporting high-visibility, customer-facing SAP Modules.

This is a 9 month contract position.

SAP Developer - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office.
