SAP Program Lead:
On behalf of our Legal Services client, Procom is searching for a SAP Program Lead for a 6 month contract position. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto Downtown office. 

SAP Program Lead - Job Description:
This role involves overseeing the strategic roadmap and daily operations of the SAP finance system, ensuring maximum return on investment and alignment with business objectives. The SAP Program Lead will establish a Community of Excellence (CoE) to manage SAP technologies and related finance applications, focusing on governance, innovation, and process improvements.

SAP Program Lead - Responsibilities:
• Establish and lead a Community of Excellence (CoE) for SAP and finance applications
• Collaborate with senior leadership and external partners to integrate strategic initiatives
• Manage supplier relationships and oversee licensing compliance
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals
• Act as a solution architect for reporting and business intelligence solutions
• Ensure governance, compliance, and adoption of SAP best practices
• Oversee daily operations and performance monitoring of finance applications

SAP Program Lead - Mandatory Skills:
• 15+ years of experience in technology or operations, preferably in a legal environment
• Proven success in leading SAP transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and data governance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Effective leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to analyze complex technology and project issues
• Experience in a regulated sector

SAP Program Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with design thinking or agile methodologies
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar frameworks
• Passion for advancing an organization through modern technology
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written French
• Creative skills for presenting and selling concepts
