SAP S/4HANA Application Architect:
On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a SAP S/4HANA Application Architect for a 4-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Markham, ON office.

SAP S/4HANA Application Architect - Job Description:
Our client is undergoing a major SAP transformation, migrating its core SAP environment to S/4HANA (RISE with SAP). This role focuses on identifying and mapping dependencies between SAP and connected corporate applications before the migration reaches those systems.

SAP S/4HANA Application Architect - Responsibilities:
• Conduct a structured review of all corporate applications integrated with SAP
• Identify potential compatibility risks, versioning constraints, and technical roadblocks
• Document findings in a clear, actionable format for migration delivery teams
• Flag issues early enough to be resolved proactively
• Collaborate with internal application owners and third-party migration partners
• Provide recommendations on sequencing, remediation, or escalation for high-risk dependencies

SAP S/4HANA Application Architect - Mandatory Skills:
• Proven experience with large enterprise SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations
• Direct, hands-on experience with application dependency mapping
• Solid understanding of SAP technical architecture
• Experience assessing integrations with common enterprise systems
• Strong documentation skills
• Comfortable working alongside internal stakeholders and external delivery partners

SAP S/4HANA Application Architect – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to relevant SAP modules such as FI-CO, SCM, EAM, ISU, HCM Payroll
• Utility or other regulated-industry SAP experience

SAP S/4HANA Application Architect – Assignment Length:
This is a 4-month contract position.

SAP S/4HANA Application Architect - Start Date:
ASAP.

SAP S/4HANA Application Architect - Assignment Location:
Markham, ON, Canada - This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week onsite (Tues/Wed/Thurs).
