Scrum Master - Intermediate:
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Scrum Master - Intermediate for a 12-month role. This position is onsite 5 days a week at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Scrum Master - Intermediate - Job Description:
This role involves Agile project management and DevOps integration for critical government projects. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile methodologies and support the development team in a dynamic environment focused on Agile and DevOps practices.

Scrum Master - Intermediate - Responsibilities:
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on specific project methods.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions on project delivery methodology.
• Acquire, customize, document, integrate, communicate, and implement comprehensive IT standards and guidelines.
• Facilitate relationships between the Agile team and product owner, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Mentor and coach teams on removing impediments and leading self-organization.
• Capture feedback and document sprint reviews to administer project goals and improve team performance.

Scrum Master - Intermediate - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certifications.
• Strong understanding of both Scrum methodology and business analysis frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and processes, particularly CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure productivity in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Scrum Master - Intermediate – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Advanced Certifications: PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master, or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certifications.
• Experience in DevOps environments.

Scrum Master - Intermediate – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Scrum Master - Intermediate - Start Date:
ASAP.

Scrum Master - Intermediate - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, onsite 5 days a week.
