On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Scrum Master – Oracle Cloud Migration Project for a contract role. This position is remote for candidates in Calgary or Saskatchewan (Toronto will also be considered).

Scrum Master – Oracle Cloud Migration Project - Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a large-scale Oracle divestiture and cloud migration project, transitioning Oracle infrastructure into AWS. This project involves collaboration with multiple vendors and teams to ensure a seamless migration process.

Scrum Master – Oracle Cloud Migration Project - Responsibilities:
• Translate the existing project plan into JIRA, building out epics/stories to reflect project scope and milestones
• Run daily scrums and keep multiple cross-functional teams aligned and on task
• Coordinate across various groups and vendors to ensure smooth handoffs and progress tracking
• Assign and track tasks across team members, ensuring accountability and timely delivery
• Work directly with the leading PM to keep JIRA reflective of real-time project status

Scrum Master – Oracle Cloud Migration Project - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong hands-on Scrum Master experience
• Strong proficiency with JIRA (building stories, managing sprints/boards)
• Experience with Oracle projects, ideally involving cloud migration or divestiture work
• Comfortable coordinating multiple vendors and stakeholder groups simultaneously

Scrum Master – Oracle Cloud Migration Project – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with AWS cloud environments
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in accessible project management practices
• Proven teamwork abilities

Scrum Master – Oracle Cloud Migration Project – Assignment Length:
The contract duration is from September 1st to December 31st, 2026, with a good chance of extension well into next year.
