Scrum Master - Scaled Agile/SAFe:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Scrum Master - Scaled Agile/SAFe for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Scrum Master - Scaled Agile/SAFe - Job Description:
The project involves supporting two pods that work together in marketing and martech. The Scrum Master will facilitate agile practices and ceremonies, ensuring the team adheres to agile methodologies and work in progress limits. The role is integral to maintaining a collaborative and productive team environment.

Scrum Master - Scaled Agile/SAFe - Responsibilities:
• Own championing of agile practices and ceremonies
• Provide advice and guidance regarding best practices in agile Scaled Agile methodology
• Ensure team adheres to 'Work In Progress Limits'
• Encourage team collaboration and support
• Facilitate ceremony logistics and ensure participation
• Work with control partners and manage cross-team dependencies
• Collaborate with Product Owner(s), Technology Lead(s), and Team(s) on Sprint planning and execution
• Maintain a culture of risk management and control

Scrum Master - Scaled Agile/SAFe - Mandatory Skills:
• 2+ years of Scrum Master experience
• 2+ years of experience in a scaled agile environment
• Jira and Confluence experience
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong facilitation skills
• Self-motivated, well-organized, able to work both independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and adaptability

Scrum Master - Scaled Agile/SAFe – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Certified Scrum Master and/or Certified Scrum Master in scaled Agile framework (e.g., SAFE)
• Bank or financial institution experience

Scrum Master - Scaled Agile/SAFe – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home.
