Scrum Master - Scaled Agile, Software Development:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Scrum Master - Scaled Agile, Software Development for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Scrum Master - Scaled Agile, Software Development - Job Description:
The project involves leading 2 to 3 scrum teams as part of a value creation plan for TDS. The Scrum Master will facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure effective collaboration within the teams to support long-term project goals.

Scrum Master - Scaled Agile, Software Development - Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate 2 to 3 scrum teams, each consisting of 8 to 10 people
• Facilitate scaled agile ceremonies and concepts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and value delivery
• Utilize Jira for tracking and project management
• Support the teams in problem-solving and continuous improvement

Scrum Master - Scaled Agile, Software Development - Mandatory Skills:
• Scrum master experience in a scaled agile context - 5 plus years
• Experience in a software development context (preferably outside of an FI) - 5 plus years
• Proficiency in Jira
• Understanding of scaled agile ceremonies and concepts

Scrum Master - Scaled Agile, Software Development – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with different agile systems such as Kanban
• Experience with systems or design thinking
• Scrum Master certification or SAFe agile certification

Scrum Master - Scaled Agile, Software Development – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion.

ASAP.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in the office, with the potential for changes in the future.
