Scrum Master - Senior:
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Scrum Master - Senior for a 6-month role. This position is onsite 5 days a week at our client’s office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Scrum Master - Senior - Job Description:
This critical project involves the implementation of Agile methodology within the Government Services Integration Cluster. The role focuses on leading Agile ceremonies and ensuring effective Scrum principles are applied across development teams for successful project execution.

Scrum Master - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on Agile project methods.
• Prepare and deliver training materials and sessions on project delivery methodology.
• Acquire, customize, document, and implement comprehensive IT standards and guidelines.
• Facilitate relationships between Agile teams and product owners, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Lead teams in self-organization and fill in framework gaps.
• Mentor and coach teams on removing impediments and improving performance.

Scrum Master - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certifications.
• Strong understanding of both Scrum methodology and business analysis frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and processes, particularly CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead Agile ceremonies and implement Scrum principles effectively.
• Proficiency in business process modeling using tools like BPMN and process flow diagrams.
• Strong expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements.

Scrum Master - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Advanced certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master, or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Previous experience in DevOps environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Experience in software development.
• Experience in public sector or regulated industries.

Scrum Master - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada, onsite 5 days a week.
