Scrum Master - Software Development, Scaled Agile:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Scrum Master - Software Development, Scaled Agile for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Scrum Master - Software Development, Scaled Agile - Job Description:
The project involves leading 2 to 3 scrum teams for a value creation plan within the TDS. The Scrum Master will focus on improving agile teams and championing Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies to support an important long-term project.

Scrum Master - Software Development, Scaled Agile - Responsibilities:
• Drive continuous improvement and change to maximize productivity across teams
• Engage stakeholders to identify and manage impediments
• Identify agile team improvement opportunities and implement best practices
• Champion agile practices and ceremonies
• Ensure team adherence to Work In Progress Limits
• Promote team collaboration and engagement
• Facilitate ceremony logistics and ensure timely participation

Scrum Master - Software Development, Scaled Agile - Mandatory Skills:
• Scrum master experience in a scaled agile context - 5 plus years
• Experience in a software development context - 5 plus years
• Proficiency in Jira
• Experience with scaled agile ceremonies and concepts
• Strong facilitation, influence, and conflict resolution skills
• Servant leadership mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Scrum Master - Software Development, Scaled Agile – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with different agile systems such as Kanban
• Experience with systems or design thinking
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Finance)
• Background in change management or organizational agility transformations
• Experience in DevOps / continuous delivery environments

Scrum Master - Software Development, Scaled Agile – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion.

ASAP.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days onsite.
