Job Description

SCRUM Master:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Scrum Master for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Southlake, Texas 76092 office. 

SCRUM Master - Job Description:
The Scrum Master will support new AI-led initiatives with development teams. They will manage the Scrum process, coach teams to higher maturity levels, and ensure adherence to the Scrum framework. The role involves facilitating Scrum training for team members and serving as the Scrum framework authority.

SCRUM Master - Responsibilities:
• Act as a Scrum Master for 2+ Agile teams simultaneously
• Remove impediments to help teams achieve Sprint goals
• Support Product Owners in backlog and release plan maintenance
• Facilitate creativity and empowerment within development teams
• Organize and facilitate effective Scrum meetings
• Track and communicate team velocity and Sprint/release progress to stakeholders
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration

SCRUM Master - Mandatory Skills:
• Servant Leadership with the ability to lead and demonstrate value-add principles
• Experience working in an AI-led environment
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Thorough understanding of Scrum processes and Agile principles
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

SCRUM Master – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Scrum Master certification
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, DAD, Nexus)
• DevOps experience with continuous integration and delivery tools
• Experience as a project or program manager
• Enthusiasm and high-energy

SCRUM Master – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
