Scrum Master/SW Delivery - CIAM SAAS Migration:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Scrum Master/SW Delivery - CIAM SAAS Migration for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Scrum Master/SW Delivery - CIAM SAAS Migration - Job Description:
This project involves supporting the CIAM SAAS Migration to PING AIC, focusing on implementing a replacement customer authentication IAM platform. The Scrum Master will work with Agile delivery teams to enable delivery across Ping Identity configuration, React UI development, Java backend/API services, integration testing, and migration support.

Scrum Master/SW Delivery - CIAM SAAS Migration - Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a prioritized, well-defined backlog with clear acceptance criteria and dependencies.
• Partner with the Technical Lead, Developers, Testers, and Architects to ensure sprint work is planned, estimated, sequenced, and delivered effectively.
• Track sprint progress, team capacity, velocity, burndown/burnup, blockers, risks, and sprint commitments.
• Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments affecting delivery across Ping Identity, React UI, Java services, testing, environments, and integrations.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to align sprint execution with the integrated implementation plan, milestones, migration activities, and release readiness.
• Promote Agile best practices, team accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Scrum Master/SW Delivery - CIAM SAAS Migration - Mandatory Skills:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in software application delivery, including Agile delivery experience with global teams.
• Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, XP, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Strong background in application delivery to guide and mentor teams in adopting Agile principles and practices.
• Strong communicator with strong facilitation and collaboration skills.
• Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CSP, PMI ACP, SA, SPC, RTE, SSM, SASM).

Scrum Master/SW Delivery - CIAM SAAS Migration – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• CIAM experience or any regulatory environment.
• Spanish or French proficiency.
• Previous Banking Experience.
• Previous practical experience in Backlog management and agile metrics.
• Power BI.

Scrum Master/SW Delivery - CIAM SAAS Migration – Assignment Length:
This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension to 12 months in total.
