Scrum Master:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Scrum Master for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Scrum Master - Job Description:
The candidate will work on maintaining and enhancing the Data Platform within a leading financial institution. This role involves leading the delivery of risk-related products using an Agile framework.

Scrum Master - Responsibilities:
• Lead PI Planning sessions and other Agile ceremonies
• Interact with internal teams to drive project delivery
• Spend approximately 50% of time in meetings
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project management
• Lead and manage a team/pod effectively

Scrum Master - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong Scrum knowledge with a technology focus
• Proficiency in Agile@Scale
• Expertise in JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to switch between Scrum and Kanban
• Strong leadership skills

Scrum Master – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• DaaS/Data knowledge
• Experience with data consumption
• Experience with Rahona – Migration to Cloud
• Familiarity with data lakes
• Coding capacity

Scrum Master – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 4 days in the office.
