Scrum Master x 3:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Scrum Master for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Scrum Master x 3 - Job Description:
This role involves working on an AI program in the cybersecurity, global security, and defense space. The Scrum Master will assist in organizing pods as the team transitions from a SAFe-like model, collaborating closely with Project Managers.

Scrum Master x 3 - Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile processes and ceremonies
• Drive continuous improvement and change
• Engage stakeholders to manage impediments
• Identify team improvement opportunities
• Ensure all Agile artifacts are up to date
• Coordinate and facilitate ceremony logistics

Scrum Master x 3 - Mandatory Skills:
• Project Management experience
• Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Agile tools - JIRA and Confluence
• Strong Communication skills
• Leadership qualities
• Facilitation skills

Scrum Master x 3 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• SAFe/Agile certifications
• Power BI/Tableau

Scrum Master x 3 – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is hybrid with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
