On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a SDET- Software Developer Engineer Test - Senior for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Austin office.

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Software Developer in Test to join the Sales Service and Marketing Technology Team to build customer-facing interactive web applications. As part of Schwab's Sales and Service Technology Team, you will transform business practices using cutting-edge technologies. Responsibilities:
• Develop AI-powered automation frameworks to enhance testing and coverage.
• Implement test practices, troubleshoot issues, and track defects.
• Estimate, coordinate, and direct testing for multiple projects.
• Advocate for Test Automation throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Drive CI/CD strategies using the Atlassian stack.
• Set and communicate automation strategies for web services and UI.
• Build automation frameworks to increase reuse and efficiency.

Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience.
• 6+ years of experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Hands-on coding experience in Java or another object-oriented language.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver and Agile Development Practices.
• 1+ year of experience with GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with JIRA, Zephyr, and web services virtualization.
• Proven experience in CI/CD practices and lean methodologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• AI-powered automation framework development.
• Salesforce/CRM or customer-facing web application testing.
• DevOps experience using the Atlassian stack.
• Experience in TDD/BDD/ATDD using Gherkin/Cucumber.
• Dynamic reporting and automation quality metrics.

Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Austin, Texas, United States. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in the office per week.
