Senior Agile Coach:
On behalf of our Banking/Financial industry client, Procom is searching for a Senior Agile Coach for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Agile Coach - Job Description:
The Senior Agile Coach will support the transformation by coaching an assigned crew and its squads. This project involves enhancing Agile practices, team effectiveness, and continuous improvement across approximately 5 to 12 squads.

Senior Agile Coach - Responsibilities:
• Coach and mentor teams and leaders in Agile practices
• Facilitate Product Increment Planning or Big Room Planning
• Support design-thinking activities and discovery sprints
• Train Product Owners and improve Agile ceremonies
• Assess and prioritize competing needs across squads
• Work closely with Agile Coach Chapter Leads

Senior Agile Coach - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of hands-on Agile coaching experience
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks
• Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills
• Practical experience in coaching, mentoring, and teaching
• Experience in user-story development and continuous improvement
• Strong communication and conflict-management capabilities

Senior Agile Coach – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in banking or financial services
• Experience with business-oriented teams like marketing
• Experience in facilitating Product Increment Planning
• Experience supporting non-technology functions

Senior Agile Coach – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

Senior Agile Coach - Start Date:
ASAP

Senior Agile Coach - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of two days per week onsite.
