Senior Analytics Developer – Residential Lending Analytics - Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Analytics Developer to convert existing SAS-based analytics, reporting, ETL, and automation processes into Python solutions operating within an enterprise Anaconda environment. The project involves migrating legacy systems to improve efficiency and streamline reporting processes.

Senior Analytics Developer – Residential Lending Analytics - Responsibilities:
• Analyze, document, and migrate existing SAS-based processes into Python.
• Validate migrated outputs for consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with project leads and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Design and develop Python-based replacements for SAS processes.
• Create process documentation and migration artifacts.

Senior Analytics Developer – Residential Lending Analytics - Mandatory Skills:
• Advanced-level Python development experience.
• Strong SAS programming experience.
• Demonstrated experience converting SAS to Python.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.

Senior Analytics Developer – Residential Lending Analytics – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with enterprise-managed Anaconda environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Prior experience with mortgage or consumer lending data.
• Experience with data governance in regulated environments.
• Experience with GitHub and GitHub Copilot.
